1.- How many revisions do you offer?
We include unlimited revisions in our prices... We are not satisfied until you are satisfied. We have only one condition: when a step of the process is approved, we can´t go back. If we need to do some correction later we would charge 30US$/h.

2.- What if I don´t like your design?
We stand by the high quality of our work. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We include unlimited revisions in our prices and if we can’t deliver perfection, we will charge just for the work you approved, we will refund the rest.. See our Refund Policy in the Terms of Service page for more information.

3.-In which formats can you provide the files?
JPG, TIFF, GIF, PSD, AI, EPS, FH11 and CDR. Eventually any bitmap or vector format file will be available. Contact us if you are not sure what format you´d like us to use. We will work with you to determine the format best suited to your project.

4.- Who owns the copyright for work Sosfactory has done for me?
Copyright of the final work is yours upon receipt of final payment. Anything we do that is not used in your final design is property of Sosfactory (for example graphic elements done in previous versions of your final design). See our Terms of Service page for more information.

5.- What about confidentiality?
Otherwise stated, Sosfactory keeps the right to display the outcome of any design order in the Sosfactory portfolio and/or any of his affiliates sites. If you need a Non-Disclosure Agreement signed by Sosfactory please contact us to discuss your needs.

6.- How long will the design process take?
This always depends on the task, the complexity of the design, the budget, revisions requested and how many sketches we create to deliver precisely what you need. Our main priority is to provide the best results as soon as possible. It usually doesn´t take us more than 7 days for logos and 7-10 days for mascots to be created. Contact us for time estimates on your Web site and illustration projects.

7.- What is your design process?
First, we meet to talk about your needs and work out the details of what you are expecting us to create. We will return a quote and an expected date of completion to you. If everything is agreeable, we will charge a small percent upfront (50%) as a retainer to start the design process. You will have many opportunities to review our work, comment and makes suggestions. We will proceed with each step of the design only after you´ve approved the direction in which we´re going with your project . When everything is completed to your satisfaction, simply pay your balance and we will send you high resolution files via email, FTP or any channel that´s convenient for you. 8.- I need something designed yesterday. Can you help me?
We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule is. To be fair to other clients, if a job already in production is interrupted by a rush job, we reserve the right to add an additional 25%-50% on top of the normal price.

9.- Are your designs unique or you do use cliparts?
We only make original artwork of the highest quality for our customers. Absolutely nothing is sold twice.

10.- Which payment methods do you accept?
We usually use Paypal, an easy and secure way to make payments from almost anywhere in the world. Please contact us to discuss your individual needs. We accept Epassporte too.

11.- Do you offer any FREE SERVICE?
Yes, you can see that we have some Free mascot in our gallery, please read the instructions carefully.

12.- Why can't you show us work from all your projects?
This website contains about 10% of Sosfactory´s total portfolio content. We work with private clients and often NDA (Non-Discloser Agreement) contracts are required between both parties. This contract forbids Sosfactory from publicly displaying work done for these particular clients.

13.- I´m a talented graphic designer/ programmer/ flash designer. Do you have a place for me?
Of course, if you feel you can improve the Sosfactory team you are welcome to share your work with us for consideration. Especially if you are a webdesigner with strong html and css knowledge... we always need good cartoonists, colorists and logo designers too.

15.- What about your slogan "Born to be a Freak"?
Very easy, we are artists... our main priority is working for fun. Of course we would like to make a living from our work, so money is important... but not the most important thing. We work from Monday to Sunday around 12 hours per day (if we are not rushed), and we really love it. Freaky enough?

16.- I want to learn graphic design, could you teach me?

17.- Could you offer me a special discount?
Our prices are not set in stone. We are always open to interesting projects, collaborations or alternative methods of payment. We also happily discuss volume discounts for large projects and multiple engagements.
