What if I don´t like your design?We stand by the high quality of our work. If for any reason you´re not completely satisfied with what we´ve created for you at any step of the process, we will refund your money in full. See our Refund Policy in the Terms of Service page for more information.

Who owns the copyright for work Sosfactory has done for me? Copyright of the final work is yours upon receipt of final payment. Anything we do that is not used in your final design is property of Sosfactory (for example graphic elements done in previous versions of your final design). See our Terms of Service page for more information.

Are your designs unique or you do use cliparts? We only make original artwork of the highest quality for our customers. Absolutely nothing is sold twice.

Could you offer me a special discount? Our prices are not set in stone. We are always open to interesting projects, collaborations or alternative methods of payment. We also happily discuss volume discounts for large projects and multiple engagements
