All content on the Sosfactory web site including the elements of design and layout unless otherwise noted, is copyrighted material, and may not be reproduced or imitated in whole or in part. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law.
Sosfactory retain full rights to the work you have commissioned them to design until after you have fully paid for them.

Confidentiality
Otherwise stated, Sosfactory keeps the right to display ( in the Sosfactory portfolio and/or any affiliate site) the outcome of any design order. If you need a Non-Disclosure Agreement signed by Sosfactory please contact us to discuss your needs before the quote is given, it could change the price of the service.

Refund Policy
If the work fails to meet your satisfaction, please contact us within 48 hours to formally request a refund. Before you receive your refund, however, you acknowledge that as a condition of receiving the refund, you will have deleted and/or destroyed any previously designed images provided by Sosfactory. After that Sosfactory keeps all rights of the designs and it could be sold.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. We include unlimited revisions in our prices and if we can’t deliver perfection, we will charge just for the work you approved, we will refund the rest.

SOSFactory reserves the right to refuse any order at any step of the proccess, after that Sosfactory will do a refund and keep all rights of the designs.

Sosfactory, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because Sosfactory has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Sosfactory is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites.

We will NOT under any circumstances work for any site that promote, endorse, duplicate, link to, or deal with the following:

· Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, torturous, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
· Content that infringes upon any trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any party.
