Frequently Asked Questions

Most common questions you may have regarding my services.

How much?

I usually charge 30-40US$ per hour including tax, my rates may vary according to my demand.

How long?

Each project is unique. Time for completion depends on the complexity of the job, the client’s budget, my availability, the quality and speed of the feedback from the client, the number of revisions…

Please, understand my designs requires a big doses of creativity, therefore I may require more time than other designers. In order to ensure a top quality design at a standard rate, I highly recommend you contact me at least a couple of weeks before the deadline.

How many revisions?

I offer premium graphic design services so I guarantee full satisfaction. Revisions will be the necessary, in order to achieve your goal.

My design process is sequential, we’ll do the work in stages – briefing, conceptualisation, sketch and final design – and we’ll make all the revisions you need, within reason, but when one stage is approved, we can’t turn back again. If this happens, I should redo everything from scratch and it could increase the price of the service.

How does it works?

My design process is informal, flexible and open to the client’s participation:

  1. Tell me about your needs and we agree on terms.
  2. Client sends a down payment of 50%.
  3. Brief of the project: you fill a form a few key questions.
  4. Conceptualisation: I work on the first sketches.
  5. Formalisation: I polish up the sketches based on client’s feedback.
  6. Final payment and delivering files.
What if I don't like your design?

If I can’t deliver perfection, I will charge just for the work approved, so until you approve the preliminary sketch you are elegible for a full refund.

Which formats?

JPG, TIFF, GIF, PSD, AI, EPS, CDR… Eventually any bitmap or vector format available. Notice that vector format is more time consuming, so I usually charge a fee.

Contact me if you need any help to determine the best suited format for your project.

Who owns the copyright?

Copyright of the final work is yours upon receipt of final payment. By default I reserve the right to claim the authorship of the artwork, meaning that once the designs are public I can list it in my social networks and portfolio.

Any unapproved sketch created during your order, that of course is different enough to the final design, belongs to me.

Abandoned projects?

A project is considered abandoned after 1 month with no news from the client… if by that time there is any pending payment, the client would lose all rights over the designs or sketches completed or in progress.

If for any reason your business plan changes in the middle of an order in process, or even when it is completed, please, contact me to find a solution.

Otherwise stated, I keep the right to display the outcome of any design order in SOSFactory portfolio, blog or social profiles in order to promote my work.

If you need a Non-Disclosure Agreement signed, please contact me to discuss your needs as it would probably increase the price of the service.

Payment methods?

The most common and quick payment is PayPal, altough I also accept bank transfer or any other secure payment method.

My prices are fixed according to my demand… In the case that my demand went down, my prices would lower too. If your budget is tight but reasonable and the deadline is not urgent, maybe there would be any chances of working below my usual fee.
